Christmas is just around the corner and there are so many ways that you can celebrate the birth of our Lord with Redlands Parish Church. So get out your diary and make a note of all the opportunities for worship, friendship and helping those in need.
Get those voices warmed up at our riotous “Carol-oke” evening at St Bart’s Church from 7.00pm Friday 15th December. Join with members of Read College of Performing Arts (yes, they’re very good at singing!) to belt out some Christmas classics and enjoy some mulled wine and mince pies.
On Saturday 16th December there’s another chance to get those special gifts at the produce and craft market.
Sunday 17th December will see our Carols by Candlelight service at St Luke’s and on Thursday 21st December we will have a traditional Christingle service.
On Christmas Eve the waiting is almost over and there will be Crib services in both St Luke’s and St Bart’s. At 11.30pm we will celebrate the birth of our Lord at St Luke’s with a Midnight Mass and on Christmas Day we will celebrate at St Luke’s.
