We are launching our Parish Giving Scheme on Sunday 4th November 2018. It is a scheme that means for every regular donation you give us, we could get so much more in return.

It costs £10,000 a month to run Redlands Parish.

This pays for heating both the church buildings and the parish Hall. Keeping our lights on and the electricity for running the projector for our services and boiling a kettle to make a cuppa. Maintenance of the buildings which is expensive when you’re dealing with three listed buildings.

Paying staff. This includes the clergy who work 6 days a week. Our administrator who is here for 4 hours every week day. Cleaners who clean the parish hall and the church.

Although we rent out our Parish Hall, this money doesn’t always cover the costs as we have to offer competitive rates to encourage people to book with us.

The Parish Giving scheme is not just about money, it is also about thinking about your time and gifts that you could give to the church, Redlands Parish and our Community. Do you enjoy gardening?
